This hybrid program is a combination of 50% in-person and 50% online courses, providing a work-life balance for those with busy lifestyles.
The Hybrid Saturday MBA (SMBA) helps you differentiate yourself from the competition by developing leadership skills, understanding the triple bottom line decision-making method, and learning how disruptive technologies can transform industries through sustainability and innovation. The program offers an efficient schedule that can be completed in 23 months, with a hybrid format combining in-person classes on campus with classes that can be accessed online. In each academic quarter, students take two courses on Saturdays (one in the morning and one in the afternoon), in addition to their online coursework. In the first portion of the 48-unit program, participants will learn and reinforce key functional concepts and develop critical thinking skills through a set of discipline-based courses.

As the Facilities Design Leader at Lexus, I am constantly challenged to develop creative solutions for complex problems. My CSULB MBA has given me the confidence and leadership skills necessary to engage my team more efficiently and effectively, and to look at the organization from a much broader perspective. Go Beach!

I went back to get my MBA seeking a promotion within my company. Thanks to the knowledge that I learned throughout the program, I was able to apply it directly in my daily duties and actually received a promotion to management with six months left in the program.
